How will your community retain vitality at the end of this century?  We have a few thoughts…

Many American cities are beginning the long trek back from decline, and not a moment too soon. Smart communities are considering their social, economic and demographic shifts and are defining epicenters for renewal.

Our Urban Design and Planning studio is poised to assist in all phases of this vital enterprise. From the combination of “visioning” and policy making which considers long-range economic goals, to considering the physical design of the spaces for long-term sustainability and aesthetic sensitivity to the surrounding environment.

We know the demands of assignments that intend to reweave the urban fabric: the economics, the funding, the politics and the aftermath. Bringing passion and care to the planning process is our commitment.

“We want to create the elements of a higher quality urban environment…site appropriate architecture to stand alone yet be respectful of the historical and representational context in which it exists…transportation linkages and land use that make sense at all levels…and above all, inherent sustainability."
