- Study makes specific recommendations for development within the corridor while addressing important community-wide physical and social factors influencing redevelopment including: the displacement of existing residents, low-income housing, transportation, environmental quality, civic amenities, other services
- Community planning process included a "Real Estate Round-Table" forum to develop sound development strategies that met neighborhood objectives, engaged stakeholder consensus and buy-in
