- Outlines design guidelines for the entire corridor, working closely with the City of Columbus, ODOT and various site engineers
- Land use alternatives for key development sites
- Improvements include creating a highly visible and identifiable “front door” for the community, pedestrian upgrades, a recreational multi-use trail, intersection improvements and banner poles
- Interstate interchange will promote cross traffic and a complete integrated appearance from the highway through the corridor
- Environmental enhancements include vegetated swales and rain gardens for promoting stormwater infiltration along the corridor
