- Prepared for the City of Ruston to evaluate and develop plans for the proposed Public Streetscape Improvements
- Improvements recommended within the Arizona Avenue right-of-way, from Vienna Street to Adams Boulevard (approximately .5 miles)
- Improvements and recommendations were made to enhance the public right-of-way and to achieve the overall goal of stabilizing the community
- The public streetscape improvements recommended: controlled vehicular access and circulation, provide pedestrian access improvements and amenities, enhance aesthetics and landscaping, upgrade street lighting, great gateways into the community
