• Work scope included: design and entitlement approvals of the overall project and lead consultant for site planning, landscape architecture, retail architecture, signage and wayfinding
• Development intended to capitalize on a market underserved by up-scale retail and dining destinations
• Features the redevelopment of a significant “Greyfield” parcel and the rezoning of 21 residential lots
