Competition for students and faculty has never been more intense.  The design of a campus influences the decisions they and their families make.

Research shows when a potential student or faculty member visits a campus for the first time they first assess campus safety and then how attractive the campus feels. Does the campus offer students a sense of their own "place?"

Faculty members also measure accessibility, asking: How close can I park?; How close can I live? These are basic needs that can increase recruitment.

We consider all of these factors as we plan, program and design higher education campus sites.
