Mr. Gossman has over 30 years of experience working with a variety of clients including private developers, hospitality tenants, city & county municipalities and historic property owners. Mr. Gossman has developed urban design solutions from broad community planning initiatives to project specific architecture. 

His portfolio includes strategic plans, master plans and architecture for numerous downtowns, special districts and mixed-use projects. Consulting assignments have included a variety of approaches from community visioning to policy making and economic modeling to implementation strategies. Mr. Gossman employs a holistic approach to strategic problem solving which considers the balance of social and economic goals and impact of the same on the physical design for long-term sustainability and timeless place making.

Mr. Gossman is an NCARB certified registered architect with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Architecture from The Ohio University. He has continued his education in historic preservation at Cornell University and new urbanism and town planning at Harvard University. He is currently serving on the Heritage Ohio, Board of Trustees.

Well versed on the design principles for urban redevelopment, Mr. Gossman is a frequent speaker at conferences for organizations such as; The International Downtown Association, The National Trust for Historic Preservation's National Main Street Town Meetings, regional and national planning workshops for the International Council of Shopping Centers and The American Planning Association.
