Mr. Redlin has over thirty years architectural experience, including work with private developers on major mall and shopping center repositioning projects, institutional clients on historic rehabilitation projects, and corporate clients on office, restaurant and hospitality projects.
A broad understanding of building codes, construction costs, ADA and LEED regulations, and existing building assessment skills inform the early design stage of a project. His understanding of building systems enable effective collaboration with engineering consultants and focused design development leading to an efficient construction documentation process.
Mr. Redlin is an NCARB certified registered architect with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Cincinnati, 1976. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, 2006 and has demonstrated abilities in developing effective and economic strategies for buildings seeking LEED certification.
